1. Basic Compliance Commitment

GRIDSENSE fully complies with domestic and international laws and regulations. All R&D, custom production and export procedures abide by China’s Product Quality Law, Trademark Law and Patent Law, as well as mandatory standards including GB 8965.1-2020 flame-resistant garments, GB 12014-2019 anti-static clothing, EU EN and US NFPA standards.

We promise never to manufacture or deliver goods failing regional safety requirements, and support third-party compliance testing with full test reports on request.

2. Intellectual Property & Client Design Confidentiality

We respect IP rights:

• Our in-house sampling & R&D team develops internal fabric textures and workwear patterns only for process reference. All production strictly separates clients’ exclusive designs. We never copy or replicate patented garment structures, reflective technologies and functional fabric techniques of competitors;
• Clients’ exclusive logos, technical drawings and custom craft data are solely used for your order, kept confidential without unauthorized leakage or secondary commercial use;
• Clients shall guarantee legal ownership of provided designs. Non-disclosure agreements are available to fully protect your original solutions.

If you provide designs, you warrant your rights. We will sign NDAs and strictly follow terms.

3. Zero Tolerance for Infringement

GRIDSENSE prohibits any infringement:

• GRIDSENSE adopts zero tolerance for trademark, patent and image infringement. We never misappropriate third-party brand materials for false promotion or produce counterfeit patented products.
• All fabrics and reflective accessories are sourced from compliant suppliers with complete qualification and inspection documents.
• We reserve the right to terminate cooperation and pursue legal liabilities once infringement is identified.

If any infringement is found, we will immediately terminate cooperation and reserve legal rights.

4. Transparent & Integrity-Oriented Transaction & After-Sales Service

• Specs, quantity and lead time confirmed in contracts are fixed without unilateral modification;
• All quotations are transparent with no hidden charges; pre-production samples are available for confirmation before mass production;
• We take full responsibility for product quality, and offer return, replacement or compensation solutions for defective goods.

5. Standard Cooperation & Document Procedures

Formal cooperation requires a signed Purchase Agreement or OEM Contract to clarify technical standards, delivery terms, confidentiality obligations and dispute resolution clauses.

A separate Sample Development Agreement will be signed for custom sampling projects to protect legal rights of both parties.
